Article 1 - Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the website copaine.com, published by Copain.e, an SASU whose registered office is at 60 rue François 1^er, 75008 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 993 720 440.

They concern browsing the site. Sales are governed by our general terms of sale.

The site is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access, connection costs remaining at their expense. Copain.e may suspend access for maintenance or updates, without notice or compensation.

Article 3 - Customer account

Creating an account requires accurate, up-to-date information. Users are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for all activity carried out from their account. In the event of unauthorised use, they must inform us without delay.

Article 4 - Intellectual property
